Scotland Webinar: Universal credit - migration and other live issues
CPAG in Scotland
This event is in the past
Join us for an exploration of universal credit live issues. You’ll hear about migration to universal credit, what to do when people lose out in a clash of wage cycles and assessment periods, and about new rules for clients from the EEA.
You’ll hear from CPAG in Scotland’s welfare rights advisers, Angela Toal, Henri Krishna, Jon Shaw and Mark Willis. They’ll be discussing:
• Legal and tactical issues on migration from legacy benefits to universal credit
• An update on UC issues where claimants' earnings fluctuate
• Changes to the rights of EEA clients
The webinar will be delivered live online, via Zoom, from 1pm to 3.30pm with a 15-minute break. There will be an opportunity to submit questions in advance and also to take part in live Q&A sessions.
A selection of questions will be answered on the day.
