Personal independence payment (PIP) is the main disability benefit for working-age people. This course will give you an understanding of the main rules and help you identify people who may be entitled. The course is aimed at advisers with little or no experience of PIP.
The course covers:
• Who is entitled to PIP
• How to claim
• What is happening to PIP assessments during the coronavirus outbreak
This course is a standalone course, but also forms part of a series of introductory level courses ideal for those who are new to welfare benefits.

This half day introductory level course will be delivered online as follows;
10.00 - 11.15 training session delivered via Zoom
11.15 - 11.45 break
11.45 - 1.00 training session delivered via Zoom
This is a practical course, delivered using a combination of trainer presentation, exercises and group discussion.
