Universal credit (UC) changes all the time, as the law is amended, as it is implemented in practice, and as local delivery changes. This course is an opportunity for experienced advisers to get up to date with the latest developments. You will be able to share experiences of universal credit and discuss legal and practical approaches to best support clients.
The course covers:
• Changes made as a result of the coronavirus outbreak
• Other changes to the law and recent caselaw affecting UC
• Current legal challenges
• Common practical problems in UC and approaches to tackle them
This course is aimed at experienced advisers confident about covering issues in detail.
This 'one-day equivalent' experienced level course will be delivered online over two mornings as follows;

This is a practical course, delivered using a combination of trainer presentation, exercises and group discussion.
