Over two interactive workshops we will explore the role of the facilitator both on and offline. We will cover:
-The role of the facilitator on and offline
-How to navigate challenging situations
-Different learning styles and how to adapt content to meet the needs of the audience
-How people engage online - and what can be done to improve engagement
-Things to consider pre, during and after any online meetings/ workshops
-Different tools you can use to ensure your digital meetings and workshops are engaging and inclusive
