Leading a mentally healthy workplace - insights into how leadership, work design and organisational culture can influence wellbeing and mental health.
In this session we will be joined by Judith Parke, a leader in mental health and wellbeing.
Judith is passionate about leadership, workplace culture and helping people to do their best work. She has over twenty years of senior leadership experience in the not for profit sector in the UK and Australia, specialising in education and mental health. A fundraiser by trade, she has worked with leading corporates, foundations and governments to fund and develop programmes that positively impact people’s lives. She has an MA (Hons) Psychology and English, a Diploma in Wellbeing and Positive Psychology, and is a trained workplace mediator. Judith is leading the setup of the Wellbeing Outfit in the UK.
