Self Care and Community Care for GBV Workers
Scottish Women's Aid
This event is in the past
The pandemic is a collective trauma. Alongside this shared experience, many GBV workers experienced added stress and anxiety due to changing support needs, funding anxieties, worries for our own families and friends and logistical challenges in maintaining support services. In this interactive session, you’ll be exploring:
• Community wellbeing and why self-care is political
• How to enhance our own self care practices
• How to support each other in our communities of practice
