This interactive workshop is run jointly by Cyrenians Mediation and Support Service and Focus Ireland. As Demond Tutu said, “Hope is being able to see there is light despite all of the darkness”. This workshop will facilitate a discussion with experienced mediators and ask a number of questions, about how we can shed light on seemingly dark situations. What do we mean when we say we should use listening, understanding and hope when attempting to help families to reconnect with each other in what can feel like very complex sometimes hopeless situations?
