A series of three workshops that can act as the building blocks for your digital strategy. The sessions will take you through the stages that you need to discover what your digital strategy should include, define your goals, and develop digital habits. Each session can be joined as a one off or as part of the whole series, dependent on where you are on your digital journey.

​The key to strategic digital success is the ability to measure success and make data driven decisions to support the ability to quickly pivot approaches. Join Bobi for a 90 minute tour of objectives and key results (OKR) and how we can use them in our impact driven, non-profit work to measure success and make decisions based on our results.

After the session you will be encouraged to explore additional metrics that they could bring into their strategic decision making process with your team.

​At the end of the session you will:

• ​Be confident in your understanding of OKR
• Understand the differences between OKR and other impact measures
• ​Know where and how OKR can be embedded into your activities (and organisation)
• ​Develop an OKR sheet specifically for your needs to use from then on
