This workshop will show you how working iteratively, using the tools and methodologies from the tech world can help you to redesign your service to make the most of its resources, increasing capacity and providing the best service you can.
Overall aimThis session will support you to;
- make projects more manageable
- highlight blockers, increase team progress and build a stronger team in 15 minutes
- make small yet impactful changes to your service
- reflect quickly and meaningfully on what works, what doesn’t and what you can do next, creating a culture of constant improvement.
