OverviewJoin Maddie Stark and Jason Railton for an open conversation where we will attempt to begin to unravel two key service design concepts: co-creation and co-production. Over the last few months of 2022 we saw and heard that these two key concepts are being used and talked about more and more in the voluntary sector. We'd like to take some time out to chat with the sector about these two concepts, what we think they are and how they are being used.
