Susan Davies has been at the charity for six years.
The CEO of a Scottish wildlife charity has announced she will move on from her role after six years at the helm.
Susan Davies is a former director of conservation at the Scottish Wildlife Trust and current chairperson at the James Hutton Institute in June 2023.
The charity thanked her for her service, including throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
In a statement on social media, the charity wrote: “It's been an emotional start to the year for the Seabird Team as our CEO Susan Davies FRSB leaves the Charity for her next adventure.
“Over her time here Susan has steered us through the covid years, the devastating impact of avian flu and a damaging internal flood. Safe to say it has not been a straightforward journey, but six years almost to the day of her joining, we're a stronger team and charity thanks to her leadership.
“We're enormously grateful to her for support, guidance (and awesome photographs) over this time, thank you Susan.”
