ProjectScotland's Paul Reddish has donned a pink tutu to raise funds on #GivingTuesday and videos of him dancing are going online

It’s official - Project Scotland has won the internet today. Well, its chief executive Paul Reddish has.

To promote the volunteering charity on #GivingTuesday and encourage donations, Paul has donned his sparkly pink tutu (yes you read that right) and has filmed a series of popular dance moves which are being uploaded to YouTube throughout the day.

However videos of #TwinkleToesCEO will only be uploaded if Project Scotland reaches certain fundraising targets along the way.

So far videos of Paul dancing to the Macarena, Whip Nae Nae and Steps’ 5, 6, 7, 8 have been uploaded.

Still to come are Grease Lightning, Gangnam Style and if £500 is donated by the end of the day Paul’s YMCA will be released.

To take part all you have to do is donate £5 by texting “DOIT15 £5” to 70070 or donate via Project Scotland’s website or JustGiving page.

A spokesperson for Project Scotland said: “If we raise £500 on #GivingTuesday, we will be able to do so much for young people all over Scotland.

“We support anyone aged 16-30 who wants to make a change in their life. Through our voluntary placements and one-to-one support our volunteers get valuable work experience, learn new skills, grow in confidence, and reach their potential.

“£5 will train a mentor who will help a young person reach their potential. £10 will bring a charity and a young person together. £15 could pay for a week of travel expenses so a volunteer can get to their placement”
