My Park Scotland wants to know what you want from greenspaces

A new project to help people discover and support their local parks is seeking your views.

My Park Scotland is being developed by Greenspace Scotland with funding from the Rethinking Parks programme.

Working initially in Edinburgh and Glasgow, its idea is to create an online 'hub' that gives up-to-date information about what's happening in local parks, develop a parks community, and has a section enabling people to set up projects to improve their park and encourage supporters to donate.

It has launched a new online survey which asks a few questions about how you use parks now, how you might want to use them in the future and your views about the project.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and can be found here: www.surveymonkey.com/s/SK2RR82
