Prince Harry and Meghan Markle called in at Social Bite, and also hosted a Year of Young People event in Edinburgh

Prince Harry and wife-to-be Meghan Markle called in at Social Bite this week.

The Royal couple visited the social enterprise’s Edinburgh café on Tuesday to hear all about its work with the homeless.

The Prince reportedly asked Social Bite co-founders Josh Littlejohn and Alice Thompson when they were extending the model across the UK, and met volunteers and staff who have been affected by homelessness.

The pair – who will be married on 19 May – also attended an event to mark the Year of Young People at Hollyroodhouse, meeting 50 inspiring youngsters aged from eight to 26.
