Fathers Network Scotland has created one of the sweetest videos of the year so far with the help of Queensferry Primary School pupils.

Together the 10-year-olds and musician Jed Milroy wrote and recorded Song for Dad celebrating everything they like about their dad or the father figure in their lives.

Featuring lines such as “Do you remember the days when you could hold me in one hand, now that I’m older I hope I’ve made you proud” it’s hard to not to love it.

Fathers Network Scotland is a charity which aims to get dads involved in their children and families lives as much as possible.

It has named 2016 the Year of the Dad and is making it a celebration of the difference a great dad can make.
