Scottish Care has reported that care homes are facing a recruitment crisis.
It has warned that services could be forced to close if nursing posts aren’t filled – with almost a third of posts vacant across Scotland.
The social care sector as a whole is struggling to fill vacancies, with the Care Inspectorate recently reporting a major recruitment crisis in all care services. So TFN is asking: would you work in social care in Scotland?
