Camphill Scotland has announced the appointment of a new chair, Marcus Sangster. Marcus is new to the Camphill movement and his external perspective and background in forestry is welcomed by the Camphill communities in Scotland.

The national volunteering charity TimeBank has announced the appointment of a new chief executive, Phil Pyatt. He joins TimeBank from Action for Stammering Children where he was chief executive, helping to rebrand the charity and reposition it as the leading UK charity for children and young people who stammer. TimeBank runs volunteer-led mentoring projects including Shoulder to Shoulder Erskine, which supports Scottish ex-servicemen, women and families who are struggling to adapt to civilian life. Phil will take over as TimeBank's new chief executive on 29 January 2019, replacing Helen Walker who has stepped down after 10 years at TimeBank to become chief executive at Carers UK.

Arts charity Edinburgh Printmakers has appointed new chair Mungo Campbell ahead of its move to the renovated Castle Mills in Fountainbridge. He is deputy director of The Hunterian at the University of Glasgow. Before moving to Glasgow in 1997 he worked at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery and in the Print Room at the National Gallery of Scotland. From 1998 – 2003 he served on the Visual Art Committee of the Scottish Arts Council. He was also chair of Visual Arts and Galleries Association Scotland from 2003 to 2007. He was a board member of the Scottish Museums Council (now Museums Galleries Scotland) from 2001 to 2007 and served on the Board of SCRAN from 2004 to 2006.

Terence Lovell

Anthony Nolan has announced the appointment of Terence Lovell, who joined the charity at the end of November as its new director of engagement. Terence's role at the charity will be to recruit people aged between 16-30 to the UK stem cell register, fundraise and raise awareness through communications, brand and digital engagement. He joins Anthony Nolan after having previously held the position of director of development at Teach First and, prior to that, Barnardo's and Save the Children.
