Link Group Ltd chief executive Craig Sanderson has announced his intention to retire after 43 years service, including 30 years as chief executive, later this year. Ross Martin, chair of the housing association, said: “Link will embark upon a formal options appraisal, which will inform its operational and strategic plans. It will also help to determine how best to build on Craig’s considerable achievements in shaping, growing and leading this dynamic organisation.”

Michelle Ferguson is the first ever director of Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company, the largest employment body development specifically for Scottish veterans. Michelle was previously director of St Andrew's First Aid Training and Supplies Ltd, which has been a finalist in the Scottish Social Enterprise Awards twice during her stewardship. The brand new Renfrewshire-based social enterprise Scotland's Bravest is due to launch in June. Michelle said: “Scotland’s Bravest Manufacturing Company has a vast potential and will offer a genuine lifeline to the some of the country’s most vulnerable veterans, for whom employment can make a transformative difference."

Big Hearts Community Trust has appointed Pamela Scott as its sixth trustee, after a successful recruitment process which received strong interest from a wide range of high profile leaders within the supporter side of the charity. Pamela, who is currently global operational excellence director, strategy and standards with the international drinks company Diageo, brings with her over 10 years’ experience in senior leadership and strategy.
