Alzheimer Scotland staff member busts some moves!

This news post is over 9 years old

So far he's got no name, but Alzheimer Scotland's new mascot is showing that dementia is not all doom and gloom at this month's Memory Walks

He's cuddly, he's got big ears and his favourite colour is purple – can you help come up with a name for him?

Alzheimer Scotland's new dog mascot has been spotted having loads of fun at the charity's Memory Walks this month.

He's been rallying the crowds at 25 family-friendly 5k fundraising walks that have been taking place form the Borders to Shetland.

So far the events have raised £56,000 and the new mascot is pretty chuffed about it!

Check him out busting some moves in Arbroath earlier this month.

But, what's he called? The charity has been running a competition to come up with a name for the prancing pooch at the walks.

There's still time to take part, support Alzheimer Scotland and win the competition - Memory Walksare taking place in Dumfries, Dundee, Fife and Linlithgow on the last weekend of September while the Glasgow Memory Walk is on 4 October.
