Conference will celebrate the best of Scottish fundraising

The winners of the fundraising awards will also be revealed

People from across the charity sector will gather next week for a celebration of Scottish fundraising.

They will meet for the Scottish Fundraising Conference, which takes place on 24 and 25 September at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow.

The conference programme has something for everyone with 56 sessions including workshops and masterclasses.

Plenary speakers are Fiona McIntyre, managing director of the Scottish Women’s Premier League who will open the conference and Anna Fowlie, chief executive of the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisation, who will welcome delegates on day two.

Across the two days of the conference, hosted by the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, there’s plenty more happening. First time attendees at the event will be welcomed at one of the two newcomer sessions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new friendly faces and the committee members. Returning this year, will be the BTA Jobs Board where organisations can advertise their current fundraising vacancies to delegates for free.

The very best of fundraising will also be on show at the Scottish Fundraising Awards.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony and celebratory dinner on Tuesday, 24September.

See below for shortlist.

Ticket prices start from £170 for a day pass and are available here. If you are a lone fundraiser or a small charity with an income under £500K per year, tickets start from £135 for a day pass with the ‘lone/small charities discount’.
