Givable was designed and developed over five weeks during the lockdown.
A new donations platform aims to give a helping hand to small charities across the UK.
Givable provides donors with an easy way to send money to their favourite charities, while allowing those charities to benefit from the latest in payment technologies and the ability to monitor donations as they come in.
The platform can easily be embedded on organisations’ websites, with a range of customisation options giving charities the ability to tie the app in with their logo and branding.
Donors are offered both single and recurring payment options, as well as the opportunity to opt in to Gift Aid.
Birmingham digital studio Adaptable designed and developed the entire platform over five weeks of remote work during the lockdown, and is now offering it to charities with a small set-up fee and no subscription fees if they sign up before the end of June.
Adaptable founder Dan Cooper said: “As a studio, the last few weeks have got us thinking how we could help our existing clients in the charity and voluntary sectors, along with helping other charities at a national level.
“With the economy currently taking a hit due to Covid-19 we wanted to create a tool for charities both small and large to help them provide a best in class giving experience to help encourage donors to give now in these uncertain times more than ever.”
