Stephanie Fraser and Jill Vickerman have joined the board of Scotland's charity regulator
Scotland’s charity regulator has named two new board members.
Bobath Scotland chief executive Stephanie Fraser and Jill Vickerman, national director of the British Medical Association in Scotland, have both joined the OSCR board.
More than 140 applications were received for the positions, which were advertised in October. The roles were vacated by Kaliani Lyle and Professor David Harrison.
Fraser said: “I am passionate about ensuring that Scottish charities are trusted by the public and that charities are supported to be the best they can be. Charities are certainly living through interesting times at the moment and the role of OSCR board member is a challenge I relish.”
“OSCR’s role in securing public confidence in the charities they donate to, and in ensuring that charity trustees are supported to be as effective as they can be, has never been as crucial,” said Vickerman.
