It is difficult, at this early stage, to see any positives in "Brexit". However, when faced with momentous change, individuals and organisations may wish to: a. Remember to breathe; b. Pause & reflect; c. Avoid saying or doing things in haste! The process of Brexit will take time; people and organisations should take that time to learn and to adjust. The future may or may not live up (down) to our expectations (fears)!
