There isn’t a leader anywhere who hasn’t been leading continuous change since 2020 – so you already know a lot about it.

This workshop will be an opportunity to consider some of the impacts of significant organisational change and offer practical tools for keeping things moving in the right direction and working with ‘resistance’ to change. Having thought about some of the potential impacts of change on teams, we will use a practical planning tool for plotting a path for innovation (future planning).
