The annual British Heart Foundation Heart Hero Awards are back for 2022 and nominations are now open!

The BHF will be recognising the incredible supporters, fundraisers, patients, and partners who have all helped to support the BHF’s live saving work in Scotland.

The Young Heart Hero category celebrates all our young fundraisers, advocates, and heart patients 18 and under. A CPR Hero will have shown incredible courage and bravery to step in and attempt to save a person’s life from cardiac arrest. Innovative Fundraiser awards the incredible fundraisers who raise funds and awareness for our live saving research through creative and imaginative fundraising activities.

The awards are also an opportunity to showcase the extraordinary efforts and outstanding contributions of Healthcare Heroes and our charity partnerships, who have served their communities by raising awareness and helping those with heart and circulatory diseases.

This is your opportunity to recognise those amazing people, teams and projects in Scotland that have gone above and beyond to make a difference and helped advance the BHF’s mission to fund life saving research.

Nominations close on the date stated, except Young Heart Hero and CPR Hero categories which are open all year round.
