People & Safety Services Conference
GCVS
We are very pleased to announce our first People & Safety Services Conference taking place over two days in September 2022
The conference will be our first face to face event for quite some time and will offer plenty of opportunities for networking between the guest speakers and workshops.
Tickets are from just £30 for a one day ticket or you can choose to attend either day one, day two or both days for as little as £50
Organisations who access one or more GCVS services benefit from a discount on all ticket types:
Use code 2DAY25OFF to get a 2 day ticket for just £50
Use code 1DAY15OFF to get a 1 day ticket for just £30
(if booking both types of tickets, these need to be booked separately as only one discount code can be used per transaction)
Two day tickets give the delegates the opportunity to attend all four workshops and if you buy a one day ticket we’ll ask you to choose two from the four available workshops:
Workshop 1 Health & Safety with Amalgamate
Amalgamate will present information on the latest health & safety legal and best practice for organisations supporting staff and volunteers to ensure compliance with the law and moral obligations.
Workshop 2 Employment Law with Paul McMahon
McMahon Employment Law Solicitors will update delegates on recent employment law practices to ensure employers meet legal requirements whilst supporting staff to work in a positive environment.
Workshop 3 Mindfulness with Patricia Galavis
Patricia will lead a mindfulness session to help delegates relax and destress from the busy lives we all lead. This workshop will include breathing exercises and meditation to support mental wellbeing.
Workshop 4 Wellbeing with Zofia Zukowska
Zofia’s workshop is will include some light physical activity, to motivate physical wellbeing with a fun and entertaining focus.
