This is a one-day course where we’ll discuss the importance of understanding mental wellbeing and how to support volunteers throughout their volunteer journey.
We all have mental health, this course will help you understand what is mental health, how it can look different for each person, how you can support your volunteers and volunteer programme, identifying key factors that contribute to a mentally healthy place to work and volunteer.
We all know volunteering is good for you but can volunteering negativity impact on a person mental health, come along to this course to share your thoughts and experiences with other volunteer practitioners.
