This is a one-day course where we’ll define organisational culture and consider how changing your culture impacts upon the volunteering experience.

Developing an effective volunteer culture can have real benefits for your organisation and volunteer’s experience, by ensuring volunteers are genuinely part of the team and contribute fully to achieving organisational goals.

We’ll look at real examples of organisations who have developed a volunteer culture and identify the benefits of creating a volunteer culture. Discussing what good practice looks like in line with the volunteer quality standards and the practical steps to take to change the culture within your organisation.
