Balanced Roles For Healthy Colleagues
Led by: The World of Work Project
Do you know what makes a job fulfilling? Would you like to learn how to design roles which offer a high job satisfaction? This workshop will explore some of the key factors that affect whether a role is stressful or fulfilling. It will give leaders insights into how they can shape team roles to improve performance and team members experiences.
This workshop aims to help leaders and organisations develop the skills and insights they need to create healthy, thriving teams for the post covid world.
About the facilitator
The World of Work Project is striving to help people have better and more satisfying work lives. They do this because a satisfying work life is a major contributor to an individual’s quality of life. And in their view, a world where more people have a better quality of life is a better world.
They specifically look to make this happen in the following ways:
- They freely educate and inform through their collective writing, podcasting, seminars and other freely available community activities.
- They help leaders and individuals grow and develop through their coaching, training and speaking services.
- They help organisations become more responsible and have more positive impacts through their consultation and advisory work.
