ESS works with many organisations that have “evaluation basics” in place: clear outcomes, an evaluation plan – but get stuck implementing their plan. Maybe methods are not working, evidence is hard to store or make sense of, or colleagues are not on board.
In this free peer learning event we’ll create a “safe space” where there’s no such thing as “stupid”. We’ll help each other air our problems and find simple solutions to get (even) better at evaluating impact and gathering learning.
By the end of the morning you should:
- Know more about common evaluation pickles and tactics to overcome them
- Have concrete ideas about how to address your own evaluation challenge
- Have shared evaluation ideas and experiences with others
