This event is part of a series of five free communication skills workshops organised by Fife Climate Hub and Climate Action Fife. They are open to anyone who is working to create a positive impact on the climate emergency. Recordings will be available online after the workshop.

What will the session cover?

An introduction into the world of design software and create stunning visuals and graphics.

An introduction to Canva

How to create simple but effective poster, social media tiles and much more on Canva.

A brief overview of video for Canva

Free non-profit account guidance

There will be a chance to ask questions at the end. (30 minutes)

At the end of the session you will have:

Skills to design colourful social media posts.

Fab poster making skills

A clear understanding of what Canva can do

Who is the event for? Who is delivering it?

The workshops are open to community groups working on climate issues in Fife. They are aimed at beginners. There is plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about each topic. Led by Gavin Brady from St Andrew Environmental Network and Andrea Harrower from Greener Kirkcaldy.
