Boundaries, Contracting and Containment
This course is for those working with services users or clients who may be survivors of trauma.
Aim
• To explore the participants understanding of boundaries, contracting and containment and how they can support them in their work.
• To highlight the effect of trauma and adverse childhood experiences on boundaries
• To highlight and reflect on the role of contracting and containment in supporting effective relationships.
• To explore the potential challenges to boundaries in providing support to traumatised individuals
• Experiential practice and reflection
This online training is made up of two 2¼ hour sessions with a 15-minute break. This training will be on Wednesday(s) 17 & 24 January 2024, from 9.30 am to 11.45 am each day.
