Developing Your Fundraising Plan- A Practical Guide
GCVS
This event is in the past
Having a clear fundraising plan is essential for financial sustainability and to keep your organisation on track with its fundraising goals. The session will emphasise the value of a whole-organisational approach to fundraising and highlight the importance of clear vision, good governance and financial management. We will work through each stage of the fundraising audit, discuss related issues and consider the typical content of a fundraising plan. Delegates will gain exclusive access to our template tools, related guidance and a worked example.
