This session will give you the knowledge and tools you need to make informed decisions about your CRM or database, how data is stored and how it is used. Our expert speakers, Kate White and Alice Linell from Superhighways, will share their extensive experience and insights, drawing from the comprehensive guide Choosing a Database developed by their organisation.
Kate White has extensive experience in digital transformation for non-profits, specialising in data management and CRM implementation. Alice Linell brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning and digital tools for charities. Together, they will guide you through the critical steps in selecting and implementing a CRM that aligns with your charity's needs, goals, users and budget.
