About your Trainer:

Claire Edwards has been a trainer and consultant for 15 years working primarily within the 3rd sector with a focus on well-being and staff development. Claire has supported a number of frontline staff and managers through coaching, practice supervision and training. Claire has a disabled adult son and works as an independent advocate for disabled adults and parents of disabled children.

She has held senior management positions in charitable organisations and in a former life in retail. In addition to her freelance work, she is currently the Counselling Practice Manager of Bright Light Relationship Counselling in Edinburgh, a charity providing subsidised counselling to couples, individuals, families, young people and children.
