SFHA Governance Conference
Scottish Federation of Housing Associations
This event is in the past
RSLs have never faced a more challenging environment, making strong, robust governance even more pivotal than it has ever been. This makes it even more important to ensure we share examples of successes and good practice from across the sector, providing ideas and discussion points that can be taken back to our own organisations.
As always, the conference will explore the evolving regulatory and legislative environment and look at upcoming guidance from SFHA, but this year we will also take a look beyond our sector. The conference will pick out examples in other industries of not only where things have worked well, but crucially also examine examples of governance failures and what we can learn from them.
Why attend?
The conference will include shared experiences from governance specialists; regulators and other RSLs – offering delegates an insightful and widespread perspective.
It will provide an opportunity for both staff and governing body members who attend to network with peers from across the country and come away with fresh ideas and different perspectives.
Who should attend
This participative, engaging conference will be beneficial to any staff or governing body members who attend, regardless of their level of experience.
