The role of governing body members (GBMs) is pivotal to strong, effective governance in our sector, but this role has never been more challenging.
The expectations on committee/board members have never been greater, and a crucial aspect of this is ensuring that GBMs effectively scrutinise and challenge what is presented to them.
This conference aims to help GBMs ask the right questions in their role, and how this links to the different functions within the organisation.
