Age Scotland

This free, interactive, online training will equip you to run Age Scotland's fun active games for older people to develop strength and balance, in your group settings. The games include the 2024 edition of Body Boosting Bingo and Power Quiz.

On successful completion of the training, we will provide you with the resources to run the games for your groups.
