Charity law update
SCVO
OverviewThis webinar will focus on recent developments in charity law which affect our entire sector. The implementation of the Charities (Regulation and Administration) (Scotland) Act 2023 is currently underway and from summer 2025 all charities need to be aware of three important measures that relate to:
- Providing trustee details to OSCR and the publication of trustee names
- Publication of all charity accounts
- Automatic disqualification of trustees and those undertaking a senior management function
Join us for a presentation from the Scottish Charity Regulator on how best to prepare for these changes and bring your own questions. We'll have legal expertise from Turcan Connell, who will be able to help you understand the possible repercussions of the changes and how they will impact your own organisation.
Who is the event aimed at?Trustees, volunteers and senior managers of charities
