In partnership, SCVO and Challenges Catalyst are pleased to offer a Chartered Management Institute (CMI )Level 5 (Equivalent to SCQF Level 8) certificate in Management and Leadership qualification to SCVO member organisations and the third sector.
This online, 3 session course will be delivered via Zoom. It will consist of two core sessions and one review session, alongside pre-coursework exercises and post coursework tasks:
module 1: 27 October - Leadership & Management Principles
module 2: 28 October -The key to managing your team
follow up day: 24 November -Knowledge sharing and assignment review
