Need to train people but not sure where to start?Whether it is a big part of your role or just a small bit of it, this interactive and practical online course will provide a sound introduction to how people learn and how to train them.
This 3-part online course is designed to equip you with new techniques and the skills to plan, deliver and evaluate effective training.
Part 1- 24 November, 1pm - 4pm
Part 2- 25 November, 1pm - 4pm
Part 3- 1 December, 1pm - 4pm
Through individual tasks and group work you will gain the skills and confidence to deliver engaging, learner-focused training with variety and flair.
