In this online seminar, we talk through some useful practical models you can use to reflect on your own personal values. We also discuss the concepts of authentic behaviour and hot buttons. Finally, we reflect on the responsibilities of organisations, managers and employees with regard to personal v organisational values.

As always, James and Jane will include theory, practical application and top tips so you can:

Understand the concepts of personal values, hot buttons and values-led behaviour as well as some of the common values-based conflicts in teams

Know some simple models from management and organisation studies and how they can be practically applied to your self, your teams and your organisation.

Gain some practical actions you can opt to take to implement your learning.

Think critically about your role as employee, manager and/or leader in relation to your own values and those of others in your team

Take away Jane and James' top tips from experience.
