Day 1 (14/09/2021) – 6 hour online training session (9:30am – 4:30pm)
Day 2 (15/09/2021) – 1 hour 1:1 Formal Assessment (your timeslot for this will be arranged during the training session)
This qualification provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help.
This course is currently delivered as an online training session. Our online sessions have been developed to replicate face to face training where possible, and include group work, presentation slides, etc.
