Background
This workshop will explore how to set boundaries and achieve balance in busy, demanding roles. Develop a healthier, more balanced working style with this experiential workshop, designed to support your wellbeing. You will learn about the impacts of stress, your sources of resilience and sample easy and effective self-care practices drawn from evidence-based research.
Facilitator
Fiona is a respected specialist in the field of holistic wellbeing and personal potential with over 20-years’ experience providing transformative services for people and organisations. She is highly skilled in a range of disciplines including as a certified HeartMath Coach and Results Coach with expertise in Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Mindfulness. She is also a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, and initially qualified as a nurse, before graduating with BSc Social Sciences and Health Promotion. Fiona understands the unique pressures of working in the third sector, as she has considerable experience herself, including as founder of an award-winning social enterprise and CEO of a charity.
