This is a one-day course where we’ll discuss why it is important, how to manage and effectively communicate change.
We believe that change can be a positive experience if managed in the right way, change is a natural and very important process, could you imagine a world without change, there would be no, Personal Growth, Improvement, Opportunities and Progress.
This course explores; What is change and why we need change, looking at the process of change, communicating change and understanding people’s fears and feelings, discussing good practice to create positive change experiences.
