Children’s Rights in Youth Work – Level 2: Rights-Based Youth Work
YouthLink Scotland
This event is in the past
This event is for youth work practitioners (paid and voluntary) who want to explore rights-based youth work practice.
Please note this is not an introductory session. An introduction course for youth workers on children’s rights is available here.
A 90-minute training developed in partnership by YouthLink Scotland and Education Scotland, this session is an exploration of rights-based practice.
Participants will gain:
Understanding of the PANEL principles and how they relate to youth work. Opportunity to share best practice. Reflect on how PANEL principles can be used to evaluate youth work.
This session will be held on Microsoft Teams and will include a short comfort break. It is interactive so we recommend participants have microphone and camera access to get the most out of the session.
