How to unlock your training potential
CPAG in Scotland
This interactive and practical course is designed to increase your skills and confidence if you are new to training, and provide an update on best practice if you are a more experienced trainer.
The course covers:
Research-based strategies for effective training delivery, both face to face and online
Steps to design and prepare inspiring, learner-focused training
Methods and techniques to make training interesting, memorable and enjoyable
How to use effective questioning to check knowledge
How to evaluate a training session
You will be invited to deliver a brief training session in a small group during the course, allowing you to both practice what you have learned and to increase your confidence in your skills as a trainer.
