Students and benefits - an update

Make sure you know how recent benefit changes are likely to affect students. This course is for advisers with a good working knowledge of the benefits system as it applies to students, and mainly updates advisers on changes, rather than on existing rules.
The course covers:
Universal credit for students update
Scottish benefits and relevance for students
Student support update and impact on benefits and tax credits
Any changes in legislation and caselaw for students
This course will be delivered online via Zoom from 10am to 1pm with a half hour break from 11.15 – 11.45.
