Overview

Our end of 2024 Digishift is all about helping you take stock of what's working for you, what needs to change and what you'll commit to in 2025. In this fast paced hour of discussion we will explore everything from AI to data strategy to digital comms to service delivery. You'll come away from the session with an idea of what you need in your 2025 digital roadmap.

John Fitzgerald, Digital Evolution Manager at SCVO, will be sharing SCVO's new digital strategy playbook - a template and guide to help you start shaping your digital strategy.

Ross McCulloch, founder at Third Sector Lab, will be exploring why staff digital skills and the right trustees can help your organisation meet its digital, data and design aspirations in 2025.

Eleanor Gibson, Agile and Innovation Coach for Non-Profits at Tilt and Carmen Barlow, Digital Strategy and Transformation Consultant will be taking attendees through a rapid session focused on planning your digital roadmap. They'll be helping attendees prioritise a complex landscape and listening to your big challenges.

Brani Milosevic, Digital Transformation Consultant at Stratovation Partners, will be our final guest - talking through how a change in mindset and culture can help your organisation get unstuck and look to the future.
