Bettii Presents: Scotland's First Dedicated Women's Health Event

Calling all women!
On Sunday 5th October Bettii Presents are hosting a day dedicated to women's health and wellness. We have doctors, gynaecologists, health and fitness specialists.
There will be over 20 talks and interactive sessions, 30 stalls, free blood pressure testing, free cholesterol checks, free muscle and fat analysis, grip strength, balance tests and a bookable bone density scanner (a must for all women!).
So, if you have questions about your health or just want to understand yourself better, whether its periods, or menopause, bones, heart, pelvic or breast health; are thinking about weight loss drugs; want better guidance on your nutrition; are worried about Osteoporosis; PMDD Endometriosis or PCOS; or want to deep dive into stress or fertility then Bettii Presents has it all.
After their talks, all our doctors and health specialists will be available all day to chat.
We also have strength training (without equipment), meditation, yoga, pilates and breathwork. We have a virtual reality meditation headset and some amazing female focused tech.
This will be a relaxed but educational and inspiring day where you can hear from and meet amazing women. Lunch, fruit and pastries are included in the price. And all held in the stunning Engine Works in Glasgow.
